In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Review, analyze, and annotate legal contracts and transaction documents related to structured finance products, such as asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, and collateralized debt obligations.
- Draft or evaluate sample documents, clauses, and legal frameworks pertinent to structured finance transactions.
- Provide detailed feedback on hypothetical scenarios or AI-generated content for legal sufficiency, accuracy, and clarity.
- Identify and explain industry-specific terminology, regulatory requirements, and common legal structures within structured finance.
- Contribute to the development of training datasets that reflect current legal standards and best practices in structured finance.
- Collaborate asynchronously with platform coordinators and other subject matter professionals to ensure the project’s legal content meets high standards.
- Deliver insights on evolving market practices, common pitfalls, and recent regulatory developments in the structured finance sector.
Preferred Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or international equivalent, with active admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) advising on structured finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
- Thorough knowledge of securities law, regulatory compliance frameworks, and relevant market regulations.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and precision in legal language.
- Experience reviewing and providing feedback on a range of financial legal documents, including prospectuses, term sheets, and offering memoranda.
- Proven ability to break down complex legal concepts for varied audiences or technology applications.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
